Tutoring Services in the Victoria Area

I have a fresh approach to tutoring the fundamentals which make subjects easier for students to learn.

I coach students, guiding them through frustration and exam anxiety (when necessary), helping them to know what they need to do to attain their full potential (and a notable increase in grades).

In addition to tutoring Victoria high school students, tutoring Camosun students, tutoring adults, and tutoring first year University of Victoria students, I also tutor seniors and others who are interested in learning more about how to use their computer or how to use specific programs.

I am experienced in tutoring the Victoria, BC curriculum, so I know exactly what students need to know for their courses and exams.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and one in Psychology from the University of Alberta during which I took Math, Chemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, & many other subjects.

Will tutor at student's home within the Victoria area and some parts of Langford/Colwood (or further for a travel fee) or at a public library or cafe.

Rate: $35/hr for a minimum of 90minutes ($52.50 per session)

Computer Tutoring For Seniors (and Others)

I offer patient, gentle lessons for seniors or anyone else who needs help learning more about their computer and the applications on it.

I also offer more advanced tutoring for people who need more in depth information about how to use Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint. Or just about anything else you might want to learn about your computer (how to use Twitter, Facebook, etc. -- even how to write computer programs).

Rate: $35/hr for a minimum of 75 minutes ($45 per session)

I have a degree in computer science from the University of Alberta.
